Here is one of my own (simple) healthy creations:
In a small dessert cup or bowl, put in order:
strawberries
blackberries
(raspberries-optional-sometimes they're too sour)
blueberries
a tablespoon or so of whipped cream (I've found the Reddiwhip in the can is better)
crumbled half of a graham cracker
light hershey's syrup
